❄Xmas Star❄

Hey guys!
This little star cookies are a must have at my Christmas table and I will give you guys the recipe cause they don't just look amazing but they taste too!
  mass:
150g butter
175g Sugar
1 egg
350g self-raising flour
butter, flour, salt and sugar pearls of the much as you want
filling
150g sweet of carrot
1 egg white
200g icing sugar

1 - Preheat the oven to 200 º C. Mix butter sugar, salt and knead. Add the egg and flour and knead again. Make a ball and set aside for 15 minutes.
2 - Grease a tray. Stretch the dough roll to a thickness of 3 mm.
Cut the star-shaped biscuits and place them on the board. Cut a star in the center of each one and take the middle of the oven 7 minutes. Once cool, peel them off the board.
3 - Put a little sweet of carrot cookies in the center of the star. Cover with the biscuits with the opening and garnish with sugar pearls, Add the egg whites with powdered sugar. Stir until all is well connected. Place a cartridge paper and decorate some cookies, bypassing them. Let it dry.

And the 3rd dream is to get my driving licence in the next year!

1 Month till my B-day

Hey guys
So today is 1 December what means that lack one month to my b-day, and Im super excited, cause Im turning 18 years old, my plans for this month are making a wish every unday until day 1!

Starting today, and my first wish is having an amazing Christmas and New Years eve with all my family and close friends around!

Cinnamon Bread

Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour                                                     
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup buttermilk 
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons white sugar 
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons margarine

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. Measure flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, salt, buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla into large mixing bowl. Beat 3 minutes. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Smooth top.
3. Combine 2 tablespoons white sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and butter, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over smoothed batter. Using knife, cut in a light swirling motion to give a marbled effect.
4. Bake for about 50 minutes. Test with toothpick. When inserted it should come out clean. Remove bread from pan to rack to cool.

A Sweet A Week- Chocolate cake

Hey beauties!

I decided to make a cake chocolate and thought it was a great idea to show you a different recipe every week! Hope you like, this week I made a chocolate cake very simple, the ingredients are:
6 eggs
1 mug and half of sugar
1 mug and half of flour
Half mug of oil
half mug and water
one spoonful of baking
100g of powdered chocolate
You just have to beat the egg whites with the mixer add all the ingredients and mixe. Leads to furnace, 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Hope you enjoy it, the cake is really tasty...

My tipe is for you start every day drinking a mug of green tea it will clean your body and give you energy for the rest of the day!
