This little star cookies are a must have at my Christmas table and I will give you guys the recipe cause they don't just look amazing but they taste too!

150g butter
175g Sugar
1 egg
350g self-raising flour
butter, flour, salt and sugar pearls of the much as you want
filling
150g sweet of carrot
1 egg white
200g icing sugar
1 - Preheat the oven to 200 º C. Mix butter sugar, salt and knead. Add the egg and flour and knead again. Make a ball and set aside for 15 minutes.
2 - Grease a tray. Stretch the dough roll to a thickness of 3 mm.
Cut the star-shaped biscuits and place them on the board. Cut a star in the center of each one and take the middle of the oven 7 minutes. Once cool, peel them off the board.
3 - Put a little sweet of carrot cookies in the center of the star. Cover with the biscuits with the opening and garnish with sugar pearls, Add the egg whites with powdered sugar. Stir until all is well connected. Place a cartridge paper and decorate some cookies, bypassing them. Let it dry.
And the 3rd dream is to get my driving licence in the next year!
